This policy explains what the Missed-Lead Audit (operated by JsonAnalytix, Marietta, Georgia, USA) collects and why.
What we collect
- What you enter on the order form: business name, website, city, main service, email, and optionally phone and Google Business link.
- Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, never your full card number.
- Basic, anonymous usage events on this site (for example “viewed pricing” or “started checkout”) to improve it. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To run your audit, email your report, provide support and refunds, and occasionally follow up about your report. We send email through Resend and host the service on Cloudflare. We don't sell your information.
Retention
We keep order records and reports for up to 24 months for support and accounting, then delete them. Email jason@jsonanalytix.com at any time to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted.
